  Une larme,
  C’est un morceaux de soi
  qui s’écoule quelquefois
  C’est une goutte de mélancolie,
  l’âme triste face à la vie

Une larme,
C’est la plus profonde vérité
que l’on veut garder cacher,
Notre dernière ligne de défense,
avant d’accéder à l’indécence…

Une larme,
C’est un appel au secours
alors que l’on a le coeur lourd,
Lorsque l’on croit tout espoir envolé
sans jamais l’avoir vu perdurer…

Une larme,
C’est l’expression intérieure de soi,
le dernier recours, l’ultime cri
avant de sombrer dans ce monde indéfini,
la dernière prière pour qu’il reste un peu de foi…

This poem has given me much courage, that I thought of putting it as first post. Sometimes, though there are many people to surround you, cheer  you up or hug you… a good cry seems to be the best solution.

Crying is not synonym to cowardice or weakness, but only a stop, a moment of self-filtering to remove all the negative feelings roaming in ourself.

I don’t wish to cry anymore as a person more positive than me right now… I doubt if there is any!!
